Richard graduated from University of Nevada, Reno and has been investing in real estate since 2014. He grew up in a real estate world, with his mother, Donna Ruthe, training and managing hundreds of real estate agents. In fact, she represented thousands of REALTORS® as president of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® (now known as LAS VEGAS REALTORS®). That environment led to his interest in real estate, and it taught him how clients should be treated with professionalism and excellence throughout all transactions. Ultimately, it demonstrates the power of multiple family generations working for Today’s Realty clients.
Richard has an affinity and an acumen for delving deep into market research for each client endeavor. Whether for primary or investment uses, a strategic marketing analysis is performed to maximize the resulting overall value, per project. Away from the office, Richard is a dedicated husband and father. He enjoys golfing, camping and spending time with his family.
